We're all just walking each other home
Ram Dass
Suzanne Crass, LPCS
CEO
I've always believed the most important thing I could do is listen to someone's story. I am not the blank slate therapist with the little couch you see in movies. Because I believe in the importance of building a genuine human relationship with you, I will bring my full self into the therapy office and want you to be able to do the same.

I work best with individuals who are tired of the way life is going currently and are ready to make some changes. Sometimes this means unhealthy relationships, feeling stuck in life, or living with trauma symptoms you no longer want to affect your day to day life. Let's unpack it all together and find the strategies that work to heal from the past hurts. I will help you to communicate better with your friends and family, teach skills to stay calm and manage heightened emotions, and advocate for yourself.

I have worked with adolescents and adults in private practice and school settings for 5+ years and am interested in helping you and your family take the next steps. I am also nationally certified in Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT).
Suzanne works primarily at the Conway office and provides telehealth sessions M-Th.

Leah Biango, LPCA
Helping you reconnect with your authentic self and find peace within.
Life can feel heavy when old wounds resurface, relationships feel unstable, or the past keeps showing up in the present. My goal is to create a space where you feel seen, safe, and supported as you explore what’s beneath the surface. Healing isn’t about “fixing” yourself—it’s about reconnecting with who you truly are.
I work with adults, teens, and trauma survivors navigating challenges like anxiety, depression, grief, addiction and recovery, bipolar disorder, BPD, and attachment wounds. Together, we can explore patterns that no longer serve you and begin to build a deeper sense of self-trust, calm, and clarity.
My approach is integrative and person-centered. I draw from CBT, DBT, IFS, and psychodynamic perspectives—always tailoring the process to what feels most helpful and natural for you. Whether you’re processing loss, healing your inner child, or working toward emotional balance, our work will move at your pace, grounded in compassion and respect.
If you’re ready to begin healing in a space that honors your story and your strengths, I’d be honored to walk alongside you.
Leah works at the Conway and Myrtle Beach offices and provides telehealth sessions M-F.
Mackenzie Hadley- Theobald LPCA
I work with adolescents and adults who may be feeling anxious, stuck, or unsure of their next steps in life. Many of the clients I support are navigating school or career challenges, women’s health concerns such as chronic pain or illness, or a sense that they’ve lost touch with who they are or who they want to become. With over seven years of experience as a school counselor, I offer a supportive, nonjudgmental space where clients feel truly heard and understood. My approach is solution-focused and collaborative, helping clients build coping skills, explore goals, and reconnect with their strengths. My hope is to walk alongside clients as they find their way back to themselves and move forward with greater clarity and confidence.
Mackenzie provides sessions primarily at the Myrtle Beach office and through telehealth on Saturdays.
